To return a package, please use this contact form to request a return label.
Once you receive your return label, simply print it out and attach it to your package before sending it back to us via your nearest ServicePoint.
Important information:
The product you are returning must still have the original tag attached. It must not be used or washed.
Pack the product in its original packaging.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the amount will be refunded to your account via your chosen payment method (minus 20 Euros for return shipping).
